CID HoldCo (DAIC), also known as Dot Ai, said Monday that it completed its acquisition of Envoy Technologies from BladeRanger in an all-stock transaction valued at approximately $65 million.
Envoy provides app-based electric carsharing at residential communities, hotels, resorts and campuses across the US, the company said.
Dot Ai said it believes the deal meets Nasdaq's $2.5 million minimum stockholders' equity requirement, pending confirmation by the Nasdaq Hearings Panel.
