CITIC Securities' Subsidiary Issues $400 Million in Overseas Bonds

CITIC Securities' (SHA:600030, HKG:6030) indirectly-owned subsidiary, CSI MTN, issued overseas medium-term bonds worth $400 million, according to a Wednesday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.
The bonds are part of a medium-term bond program that was launched in 2022.
CITIC Securities International, CSI MTN's direct controller, will provide a guarantee of the same amount for the issued bonds.
The securities company's Shanghai and Hong Kong shares both rose 1% during the morning trade.
