Medi Lifestyle (SGX:Z4D) completed the placement of 178.6 million new shares at SG$0.049 each, raising nearly SG$8.8 million, according to a Tuesday Singapore Exchange filing.
The shares were allotted and issued on Tuesday, with listing and trading on the SGX Catalist expected to begin on Wednesday.
Following the placement, the company's issued share count increased to 745.7 million shares from 567.2 million.
Shares of the company declined over 1% in afternoon trade Wednesday.
