China Shengmu-PF (01432) has announced a series of board changes effective from 27 August 2026, involving multiple resignations and new appointments across its board committees.
The company confirmed that Zhang Ping has stepped down as non-executive director, along with his roles on the audit committee and remuneration committee. Bai Fengming has resigned as non-executive director and member of the strategy and sustainable development committee. Sun Qian has also resigned from his non-executive director position and his membership on the strategy and sustainable development committee. Shao Lijun has resigned as non-executive director, while Wang Liyan has stepped down as chief independent non-executive director, audit committee chairman, and nomination committee member. Wu Liang will no longer serve as a remuneration committee member.
In parallel, the company has announced several new appointments. Shen Xinwen has been appointed as non-executive director and audit committee member. Sun Yugang has been appointed as non-executive director, serving on the remuneration committee, nomination committee, and strategy and sustainable development committee. Zhu Xiaohui has been appointed as non-executive director and member of the strategy and sustainable development committee. Li Shengli has been appointed as chief independent non-executive director, with membership on the remuneration committee and strategy and sustainable development committee. Pan Min has been appointed as independent non-executive director, audit committee chairman, and nomination committee member. Finally, Sun Yansheng has been appointed as a nomination committee member.
These board changes reflect a significant restructuring of China Shengmu-PF's governance framework, bringing in fresh leadership across key oversight functions.
