Huisheng International (01340) has announced the appointment of Ms. Zhang Cuicui as an independent non-executive director, effective August 26, 2026.
Following her appointment, Ms. Zhang will also serve as a member of the company's audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee, with all roles taking effect on the same date.
