7Road Holdings Limited disclosed that on 13 July 2026 it repurchased 13.70 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD1.12 and HKD1.14, for a total consideration of HKD15.58 million. The shares will be cancelled once settlement is completed.
Including this latest transaction, 7Road has bought back 222.70 million shares under the repurchase mandate granted on 26 May 2026, representing 8.10% of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date. The mandate authorises buybacks of up to 274.77 million shares, leaving a remaining capacity of approximately 52.07 million shares.
According to the filing, 31 tranches executed between 18 May and 13 July 2026 have yet to be cancelled, totalling about 227.26 million shares—equivalent to 8.27% of the 2.75 billion shares outstanding as at 10 July 2026. No treasury shares are being held.
Following the transactions, 7Road’s issued share capital stood at 2.75 billion shares, unchanged pending cancellation of the repurchased stock. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 12 August 2026.
