ITC Neocloud Creates Stand-Alone AI Infrastructure Segment as Commercial Revenues Begin

ITC Neocloud Group Limited, formerly ITC Properties Group and listed in Hong Kong under stock code 00199, announced the formal establishment of its artificial-intelligence infrastructure and computing-power services as an independent reportable segment.

The company adopted the ITC Neocloud name in September 2026 and launched AI computing-power technical services in June 2026. Since then, it has built capabilities in GPU computing resources, high-bandwidth networks, large-scale data storage, and IT operations and maintenance. Management confirms the business has moved from initial development into commercial operation and is now generating revenue.

A dedicated management and technical framework—covering business development, customer service, operations, and financial reporting—has been put in place. Operating results for the AI unit are reviewed separately, satisfying Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standard 8 criteria for standalone segment disclosure. Accordingly, ITC Neocloud will present the AI infrastructure business as a separate segment in its interim results for the six months ending 30 September 2026.

The new segment comprises three sub-businesses: 1. AI Infrastructure Operation: development, deployment, and operation of artificial-intelligence data centres and associated high-bandwidth network and storage resources. 2. AI Computing Orchestration and Cloud Services: integration, dispatch, and cloud delivery of computing-power resources with client support. 3. Model Services and Application Platform: services for AI model training, inference, and application development.

The board views separate segment reporting as instrumental in aligning managerial, technical, and financial resources with the business’s growth trajectory while preserving the Group’s core property-development activities. Management cautions that the AI infrastructure segment remains in its formative stage and that future revenue and profitability will depend on demand, resource costs, technological progress, competition, and regulatory factors. Shareholders are advised to exercise prudence when dealing in the company’s securities.
