The board emphasized that the plan is voluntary and may be executed in full, in part, or withdrawn depending on market conditions or other unforeseen factors. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in China Foods’ securities.
The announcement was authorized by Chairman Qing Lijun on behalf of the board, which currently comprises one non-executive chairman, two executive directors, two non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
