Prosperity Investment Holdings Limited on 5 June 2026 announced that the latest corporate documents—comprising the Circular, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Proxy Form—are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (https://www.prosperityinvestment.hk) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who have already opted for hard-copy communications will receive printed versions by post. Shareholders preferring paper copies, or those unable to access the online documents, may submit the enclosed Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, by mail (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or by email (310-ecom@vistra.com). Printed copies will be dispatched free of charge.

The company reiterated that: 1. A functional email address is required to receive future electronic notifications. 2. Instructions to receive printed documents remain valid until shareholders notify the registrar in writing or until the end of the current financial year, whichever comes first. 3. Enquiries can be directed to the registrar’s hotline at +852 2980 1333 (09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

The communication guidelines apply to all future corporate materials, including annual and interim reports, listing documents and any actionable communications that require shareholder instructions.
