Tsingtao Brewery Co., Ltd. (H-share code: 00168) has announced its interim results for the 2026 fiscal year, with operating revenue reaching approximately 19.655 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 4.08%.

Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company stood at roughly 3.92 billion yuan, marking a 0.4% increase compared to the same period last year, while basic earnings per share reached 2.873 yuan.

During the reporting period, the company continued to advance the optimization and upgrade of its product structure, with mid-to-high-end and health-conscious product lines emerging as key growth drivers. By deepening the "Tsingtao + Laoshan" brand strategy and leveraging its "1+1+1+2+N" product matrix, the company has built a diversified growth engine.

In the first half of the year, the flagship Tsingtao brand achieved sales of 2.708 million kiloliters, with mid-to-high-end and above products contributing 2.044 million kiloliters in sales, a 2.6% year-on-year increase. The company has reinforced the market leadership of its core large single products and fresh offerings, using these key items to solidify its market base while deploying strategic products to capture incremental growth opportunities. Additionally, it has accelerated its entry into emerging business tracks to establish a more balanced and sustainable growth structure.

During the first six months, the classic series underwent a successful refresh and upgrade, maintaining steady growth momentum, while the white beer and light-dry products posted robust gains. The white beer, backed by its "World Gold Award quality" recognition, continues to lead the industry's sub-category, securing the top position in the white beer segment. Meanwhile, the light-dry product has precisely targeted the "zero-sugar, low-calorie" health trend, rapidly emerging as a benchmark in its category.

The company has also solidified a strategic collaboration with an internationally renowned premium brand, launching a full-malt lager produced in partnership with Germany's Paulaner Group. This new offering has been well-received upon its debut, further strengthening the company's premium product portfolio.
