Medlive released its fifth Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report for 2025, detailing notable improvements in governance, environmental performance and digital healthcare reach.
Key Governance Metrics • Board composition: 56% non-executive directors, 33% female representation. • Zero incidents of corruption, fraud, privacy breaches or information-security lapses; 100% workforce coverage by business-ethics and anti-corruption training. • ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications obtained; two internal and ten third-party audits completed during the year.
Workforce & Social Impact • Headcount reached 724, with women representing 68.2% of staff and 33% of directors. • Social-insurance coverage stands at 100%; average training hours per employee rose 10.4% year-on-year to 14.77 hours. • Occupational safety maintained a zero-injury record and the company secured ISO 45001 certification. • Community contributions included 476 volunteer hours and six public-welfare training sessions for primary physicians, benefiting 50,000 participants.
Environmental Performance • Scope 1 emissions: 0 tCO₂e; Scope 2 emissions: 44.16 tCO₂e. • Per-capita GHG emissions fell 3.2% to 0.061 tCO₂e; electricity use per employee declined 5.4%. • Water consumption per capita dropped 2.5% to 1.70 tonnes; hazardous waste per capita decreased 2.4%. • Online academic promotion averted an estimated 6,900 tCO₂e from travel-related emissions. • Medlive’s environmental management system is certified to ISO 14001; near-term Scope 2 emission-cut target of 45.37% by 2035 validated by SBTi.
Responsible Supply Chain • Due-diligence coverage reached 100% across 528 suppliers; 86% underwent on-site inspections. • Supplier sustainability training covered 100% of partners.
Digital & Business Growth • 2025 audited revenue grew 15.0% to RMB 642.16 million. • Precision marketing solutions served 269 pharma and med-tech companies, covering 653 products and reaching 891,000 physicians. • The intelligent patient-management platform assisted 634,000 chronic-disease patients. • New tech initiatives include a proprietary vertical medical large language model, AI-enabled depression-diagnosis assistant and a digital clinical-trial platform.
