Colour Life Services Group Co., Limited disclosed that Non-Executive Director Timothy David Gildner resigned with effect from 15 June 2026, citing other business commitments. The company confirmed that Gildner has no disagreements with the Board and there are no matters requiring shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

As a result, the ordinary resolution proposing Gildner’s re-election—originally listed as Resolution 4 in the AGM notice and proxy form dated 15 May 2026—has been withdrawn from the agenda of the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 16 June 2026. All remaining resolutions will proceed in their existing order, and previously submitted proxy forms will remain valid, with no poll counted for the withdrawn item.
