CHINA AOYUAN enlarges share capital by 314,822 shares after mandatory CB conversion

China Aoyuan Group Limited disclosed a minor expansion of its share capital following the conversion of its 2028 mandatory convertible bonds on 26 August 2026. The event added 314,822 ordinary shares at HKD 0.66 each, lifting the total issued share count (excluding treasury shares) from 4,706,086,798 to 4,706,401,620.

The newly issued shares represent a 0.007% increase in the company’s outstanding equity. Based on the stated conversion price, the transaction generated cash proceeds of approximately HKD 0.21 million. No treasury shares were involved, and there were no share repurchases or cancellations reported for the period.

All regulatory confirmations, including receipt of funds and compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing requirements, were affirmed by the company secretary, Chong Mei Lin.
