On 30 September 2026, Prosperity Investment Holdings Limited (PROSP INV HOLD) announced the release of its 2026 Interim Report, now accessible in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (https://www.prosperityinvestment.hk) and on Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board is encouraging shareholders—particularly non-registered holders whose shares are kept through CCASS participant institutions—to review the report electronically. Holders experiencing difficulty with email notifications or online access may request free printed copies of the current and all future corporate communications by completing a request form and sending it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests can also be submitted via email to 310-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be dispatched promptly upon receipt of a valid request, with elections remaining effective until changed in writing or until the company’s financial year-end, whichever comes first.

Shareholders preferring electronic delivery are advised to provide an active email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited to ensure they receive digital publication notices.

Enquiries regarding the communication arrangements can be directed to Tricor Investor Services’ hotline at (852) 2980 1333, available Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

The notification was issued by Company Secretary Lam Chee Sum Eddie on behalf of the board of PROSP INV HOLD.
