China Overseas Land & Investment Announces HKD 0.23 Interim Dividend for 1H 2026

China Overseas Land & Investment Limited declared an ordinary interim dividend of HKD 0.23 per share for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The distribution relates to the financial year ending 31 December 2026 and does not require separate shareholder approval.
