Colour Life Services Group Co., Limited held its annual general meeting on 16 June 2026, where shareholders approved every motion on the agenda by overwhelming majorities.
All five board appointments were ratified. Executive director Yang Lan and non-executive director Sha Feng each received 100.00 % of votes cast in favour (1.34 billion shares). Independent non-executive directors Li Xinhua was also returned with 100.00 % support, while Yu Shan secured 99.98 % (1.34 billion votes in favour).
Shareholders endorsed two capital management mandates: • A buyback mandate allowing the Board to repurchase up to 10 % of issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) passed with 100.00 % approval (1.34 billion votes). • An issuance mandate permitting the Board to allot, issue or resell up to 20 % of share capital, and its extension to include repurchased shares, were each backed by 99.61 % of votes (1.34 billion in favour).
Prism Hong Kong Limited was re-appointed as the Company’s external auditor until the next AGM, obtaining 99.98 % shareholder support.
The meeting also authorised the Board to set directors’ remuneration (100.00 % approval). Resolution 4, previously withdrawn, was not presented.
A total of 1.86 billion shares were eligible to vote; no shares were subject to abstention requirements, and no shareholders signalled opposition in advance. Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services acted as scrutineer, and the meeting was chaired by non-executive director Zhu Jindong.
