Prosperity Investment Holdings Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its latest corporate communications—comprising the Circular with Notice of Annual General Meeting and the accompanying Proxy Form—have been uploaded to both the company website (https://www.prosperityinvestment.hk) and the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders experiencing difficulty accessing the electronic versions may obtain printed copies free of charge by completing and returning the enclosed request form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar. Requests can be submitted by mail to 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong—postage-paid locally—or by email to 310-ecom@vistra.com. The instruction remains valid until written notice is given or until the end of the current financial year, whichever is earlier.

Shareholders preferring electronic delivery should provide a functional email address to their designated intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians or nominees). Until an email address is recorded, notification of future online publications will be sent in printed form.
