For the month ended 31 July 2026, Medlive Technology Co., Ltd. (MEDLIVE) recorded a net issuance of 160,375 ordinary shares, lifting its total issued share count (excluding treasury shares) to 740.27 million. No treasury shares were held or cancelled during the period.

The entire share increase stemmed from option holders exercising awards under the Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme adopted on 29 March 2021. The options carried an exercise price of RMB 0.38 per share, generating proceeds of approximately RMB 0.06 million. Post-exercise, no further options remain outstanding under this scheme.

The company’s Post-IPO Share Option Scheme (approved on 18 June 2021) still allows for up to 69.02 million shares to be issued upon future exercises.

Authorised share capital was unchanged at 50.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.00001 each, equivalent to authorised capital of USD 0.50 million.

MEDLIVE confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Main Board’s public-float requirement, maintaining at least the initial prescribed threshold of 24.98 % of issued shares in public hands as at 31 July 2026.
