SinoMab BioScience Limited has fixed 10:00 a.m. on Monday, 7 September 2026 for an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) in Room 3, 14/F, Fairmont House, 8 Cotton Tree Drive, Central, Hong Kong. The meeting will seek shareholder approval for the proposed disposal of the company’s Suzhou property and related facilities, a transaction previously classified as major in announcements dated 6 July, 27 July and 10 August 2026.

To determine eligibility to attend, speak and vote at the EGM, the register of members will be closed from Wednesday, 2 September 2026 through Monday, 7 September 2026 (both dates inclusive). Share transfers must be lodged with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, 1 September 2026.

Further details, including the full EGM notice and circular, will be distributed in due course, according to the Board, chaired by Executive Director, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Shui On Leung.
