FULLSHARE updates auditor’s name to “CLA Prism Hong Kong Limited”

Fullshare Holdings Limited (FULLSHARE) announced that its auditor has formally changed its English name from “Prism Hong Kong Limited” to “CLA Prism Hong Kong Limited,” and its Chinese name from 「栢淳會計師事務所有限公司」to 「思立安栢淳會計師事務所有限公司」, effective 21 August 2026.

The board, chaired by Ji Changqun, disclosed the change on 25 August 2026 and confirmed the updated auditor designation in both English and Chinese. Current executive directors are Ji Changqun, Du Wei, Shen Chen and Ge Jinzhu, with Lau Chi Keung, Tsang Sai Chung and Huang Shun serving as independent non-executive directors.
