Top Glove Corporation Bhd (TOPGLOV) disclosed on Aug, 26 2026 that substantial shareholder Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) (KWAP) sold 939,100 ordinary shares on Aug, 24 2026 through an open-market transaction executed by its fund manager.
The sale reduces KWAP’s indirect interest in the glove maker. Post-transaction, KWAP holds 442,703,250 shares directly (5.521% of issued capital) and 89,462,200 shares indirectly (1.116%), giving it a combined stake of 532,165,450 shares.
