26 August 2026 – BITFIRE GROUP Holdings Limited (formerly Sinohope Technology Holdings Limited) has released its latest corporate circular (“Current Corporate Communication”) in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.bitfire.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who have already elected to receive printed materials will receive hard copies with this notice, while all others are encouraged to access the web-based versions.

To facilitate environmentally friendly and efficient information delivery, the company recommends that shareholders continue to receive all future corporate communications electronically. Shareholders unable to access the online documents or preferring hard-copy versions can obtain them free of charge by completing and returning the enclosed Reply Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, or by emailing 1611-ecom@vistra.com. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local postal returns.
