Junshi Biosciences (01877) has announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, revealing a swing back to profitability with a net profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 25.501 million. This marks a significant turnaround compared to the loss recorded in the same period last year.
The company reported total revenue of RMB 1.696 billion, representing a substantial increase of 45.18% year-over-year. The earnings per share for the period stood at RMB 0.02, underscoring the positive shift in the company's financial health.
Breaking down the revenue streams, sales from pharmaceutical products contributed approximately RMB 1.407 billion, up about 33% from the corresponding period in 2025. This growth was primarily driven by improved sales efficiency from the commercialization team and the approval of additional indications for its flagship drug, Tuoyi®. Additionally, revenue from licensing agreements reached approximately RMB 254 million, while technical services and other business operations generated about RMB 35 million.
During the reporting period, domestic sales of Tuoyi® amounted to roughly RMB 1.299 billion, an increase of approximately 36% compared to the same timeframe in 2025.
