Prosperity Investment Holdings Limited has issued supplementary information to its 5 June 2026 AGM circular, focusing on auditor arrangements. The board will table an ordinary resolution at the upcoming annual general meeting to re-appoint Rongcheng (Hong Kong) CPA Limited—formerly CL Partners CPA Limited—as the group’s auditor for a term ending at the conclusion of the next AGM. Shareholders will also be asked to authorise the board to determine the auditor’s remuneration.
Rongcheng is expected to charge an audit fee of approximately HK$0.66 million for the audit of Prosperity Investment’s consolidated financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2026. The fee was negotiated on an arm’s-length basis, taking into account the group’s business scale, operational complexity, audit scope, timetable and required resources.
The estimate assumes no material changes in operating conditions, accounting policies or the regulatory environment, and that the company will provide timely support and information during the audit. Should these assumptions change materially, the company intends to provide an updated disclosure. All other information in the original AGM circular remains unchanged.
