ROAD KING INFRA (01098) has released its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, reporting a revenue of HK$4.452 billion, a substantial increase of 149.44% compared to the same period last year. The company recorded a loss attributable to shareholders of HK$1.849 billion, which represents a 9.1% narrowing from the prior year's loss, with a loss per share of HK$2.47.
According to the announcement, the group's Indonesia expressway project generated toll revenue of HK$971 million in the first half of 2026, up approximately 11% year-on-year. When excluding the impact of foreign exchange fluctuations, the growth rate reaches approximately 17% compared to the same period last year.
The significant revenue surge was primarily driven by the consolidation of new business segments during the period, while the reduced loss reflects improved operational efficiency and cost management across the group's core infrastructure assets.
